Alexander Technique Training
I am an Alexander Technique teacher working with individuals who want greater ease and coordination in how they move, work, and perform.
Many people come to the Alexander Technique because something feels strained — persistent tension, discomfort, vocal fatigue, performance anxiety, or simply a sense that movement requires more effort than it should.
Through guided hands-on work and observation, we explore habitual patterns that interfere with natural coordination. As unnecessary tension decreases, balance and responsiveness improve.

Students often report:
-
Reduced pain and strain
-
Greater freedom in movement
-
Improved performance endurance
-
A clearer sense of embodied presence
Sessions are one-on-one and tailored to your specific concerns.
